Each booth will be supplied with pipe & drape, one cardboard sign, table & 2 chairs, electricity and WiFi. The booths within the tradeshow hall (Booths 1-60) are 8.05 feet wide and 10 feet long. The booths in the hallway (Booths 61-68) are 4.04 feet deep and 8.5 feet wide. Please refer to the Tradeshow Map to see where your booth is located.
Move In – Friday September 24 @ 4:00pm-6:00pm & Saturday September 25 8:30am-10:30am
The trade show area will be secured at 5:00pm on Friday.
Exhibit Hours – Saturday September 25 10:45am-2:15pm, The trade show will not close for lunch, there will be food served on the trade show floor.
Tear Down – Saturday September 25 @ 2:15pm
WiFi – If you would like individual WiFi for your booth instead of the provided group WiFi, please contact Tricia Sauls at Tricia@IGONC.com or call (919)-322-0609.
Additional Rentals – If you are interested in renting additional furniture or decor, please contact Ted Pugh for information and mention you are a vendor at ASTE firstname.lastname@example.org.

App Sponsorship Opportunities – This year we are excited to unveil our ASTE app! This app will be utilized by all attendees to view classes, event schedules, maps, and more. We are excited to offer Lead Capture to our vendors this year! Lead Capture is a valuable tool that will allow vendors to track leads from attendees by making notes in attendee profiles regarding conversations, interests, etc. The tool will allow the vendor to capture the attendee information to follow up during and after ASTE. Vendor & speaker badges can be picked up at ASTE registration, if you haven’t supplied us with a list of your staff please email them asap to Tricia@igonc.com. With the purchase of a table, the vendor is allotted two admissions for representatives to attend the show (one table = 2 representatives). If you need additional passes for reps, please purchase a social events pass for $99 through the attendee registration tab. If you are unsure who is registered for your company, please contact Maddi@igonc.com or call (919)-322-0609.
We will draw for door prizes at 2:00PM on Saturday, we encourage you to participate as it adds excitement to the event. If you have prizes you’d like to donate to the drawing, please contact Tricia@IGONC.com or call (919)-322-0609.
We will be stuffing goodie bags on Friday Sept. 24 if you have anything you wish to add. Have your merchandise to the ASTE registration area on Friday by 1:30pm or have them shipped to IGONC prior to the event.

We, the undersigned, do hereby apply for exhibit space at ASTE, September 25, 2021. When executed by both parties, this shall constitute a binding agreement. We have read and agree to abide by the Exhibit Rules and Regulations, which are made a part of this agreement, and any such additional rules and regulations which may be adopted by ASTE, the Exhibit Hall and/or show management. We understand that this agreement shall be legally binding upon acceptance in writing by ASTE and/or show management. We understand that any change in the information on this agreement must be made in writing. All payments are non-refundable.
