Chris has been a GM technician, shop foreman and service manager before becoming an automotive instructor. Donny is the Executive Officer for the National Automotive Service Task Force. Dirk started his career as a factory instructor, working with Volkswagen for 5 years. Carm Capriotto is the founder and host of Remarkable Results Radio, the only podcast, or occasionally called ‘On Demand Audio’, that interviews today’s most inspiring and successful automotive aftermarket professionals.
