General Information
You will be provided a name badge
Please visit the ASTE Facebook page to add some comments & share https://www.facebook.com/ASTENC/
You are welcome to sit in on any seminar!
Seminar Rooms
Your room will be setup classroom style with a screen, A/V cart & electric strip
Projectors will not be provided
All rooms will have signage designating ASTE, seminar name & speaker
Someone from IGO will introduce you and open the seminar
Events
ASTE pre-party on Thursday @ 7:30pm at Rally Point which is across from the hotel (Craft Beer & Appetizers)
Carm Capriotto will be hosting a Town Hall forum before lunch Friday @ 10:50am
The trade show is Saturday between seminar sessions
You are welcome to attend the Casino Night Friday & the Banquet Saturday evening
IGO is also hosting a Hospitality Suite Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights; snacks & beverages, you are invited to attend
Meals
There will be a lunch buffet on Friday from 11:45-12:45pm in the Carolina Ballroom
Food on trade show floor Saturday
Daily breakfast buffet in the hotel
Daily managers reception in hotel 5:30-7:30 cocktails & snacks
